Tyler Paterson
Tyler Paterson is a graduate of Second City’s Conservatory program, toured with the musical comedy trio “The Shock T’s”, and even had the (brief) opportunity to audition for SNL as part of the Chicago Showcase. He is the founder and head instructor of the Ocean Park Comedy Camp for Kids.

Jimmy Carrane
Jimmy Carrane has been teaching improv in Chicago for over 30 years. He has hosted the critically acclaimed podcast Improv Nerd and has written three books on the subject. He has taught everyone from beginners to experienced improvisers to employees of Fortune 500 companies. He has worked at The Second City, iO-Chicago and The Annoyance Theater. You might have see him pop up on TV shows or in movies, such as The Bear( FX), “Shinning Girls” (Apple+), “Chicago PD,” Public Enemies

Tim Englert
Tim has been goofing around on stage since taking a class at Lin-Wood High School. He spent four years at the University of Maine at Farmington performing short-form with the Lawn Chair Pirates and later went to train in Chicago at the esteemed Second City. Tim happily joined STF in 2018. In his free time he is juggling many hobbies like brewing beer, designing board games, and shooting cowboy guns.

Whitney Hawkins
Whitney Hawkins is a professional improviser and director based in Boston, Massachusetts. She directed and performed in ImprovBoston’s Family Show for 6 seasons. Under her direction, Family Show was consistently one of the theaters’ highest-earning shows. She created and directed ‘ClueProv: A Comedy of Murders’ to two sold-out showcases at ImprovBoston, and a full show at the Rockwell. She created and directed Gorefest XVII: Maul of America.

John Serpico
John Serpico is a performer and writer from Boston, Massachusetts with almost two decades of experience teaching improv. He is a current writer and member of the Main Cast of Nova Comedy's signature sketch variety show, The Nova Show. John is the co-conceiver and contributor of many fan-favorite improv projects like Oregon Fail, Food Truck, Somewhereville, Knights of Prospect, ClueProv: A Comedy of Murders, and more. John is the current Game Master of the ttrpg liveplay podcast, Blittle League,
